Kindness has the power to transform teams, including those working remotely. A recent article, written in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, discussed how cultivating a culture of kindness in the workplace can lead to greater collaboration, innovation and productivity. This is more difficult for teams not meeting face to face like they did before the pandemic, as serendipitous encounters sparking kind interactions do not happen in the same way.
